FAQ
How long does it take my order to arrive?
We send your
milkshirt out within two days of processing your order and we make every
effort to email you to let you know it has shipped. Delivery time
varies but generally your shirts will get to you within three days of
our mailing them.
Can I pickup my order if I live in the San Antonio area?
Yes. If you live in
or close to San Antonio, New Braunfels, or Schertz Texas and would like
to pick up your order to avoid shipping and handling charges DO NOT
order through the website. Just email your order to sales@milkshirt.com
and we will reply to arrange payment and pickup. Orders can be picked up
in Universal City, Schertz, and New Braunfels. Cash or money order is
preferred if picking up an order but we can do a credit card payment
prior to pickup as well.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Customers can pay with PayPal if they email their order in rather
than ordering through the storefront. Please note that we use SSL
security on our side and do not retain (or even have direct access to)
your credit card information when you order through our storefront. This
means that our site is as safe or safer than using PayPal, and ordering
directly from our site means you don't have to email in your order or
bother with PayPal. Also, orders tend to be processed faster when placed
through our storefront.
Of what type of cotton fabric are Milkshirts made?
They are made from
100% ring spun knit cotton. This is a smooth, very soft, stretchy fabric
that adapts to your curves. Milkshirts are meant to be form fitting so
as to be smooth under clothes and never bulky.
Do your sizes run big or small?
Milkshirts are form
fitting to allow for easy layering. In doing our extensive size testing,
we asked moms what size ladies tank top or fitted t-shirt they usually
would wear. Their usual size shirt was always in line with our Milkshirt
sizes. Our size 2XL is referred to as XXL or 1X on other size charts.
So, our 2XL is just one size bigger than the XL.
Why don't Milkshirts come in size small?
In doing our size
testing, we found very few nursing moms who said they would wear a size
small due to the increased breast size. The ones who did wear a size
small found that the size medium worked for them.
Are Milkshirts long?
The cut is not
considered long, like some long fitted shirts that are popular lately.
However, the length is long enough to cover a nursing mom's belly. In
doing our size testing we did not find the length to be too short on
anyone...even taller ladies or those with a long torso.
How do I care for my Milkshirts?
Milkshirts are
machine washable with like colors. They can be machine dried on low or
air dried.
How long does it
take a Milkshirt to air dry?
If you hang them to dry before going to
bed, they should be dry in the morning.
We have a local La Leche league group and would like to sell milkshirts there for our
fundraiser. Do you have special pricing for group orders?
If a group
is willing to purchase at least twelve shirts please contact us about
bulk pricing.
