Milkshirt sizes run according to normal clothes sizing charts.  They are meant to be form fitting undershirts that are long enough to cover the stomach area and tight enough to not be bulky under your clothes.

We have long length shirts which are 4 inches longer for available sizes. We have medium (long length), large (long length), XL (long length), and 2XL (long length).
